I don't work on custom orders. What you see on the website is what I have and what I offer.

Orders ship out as soon as they have been processed. Processing time can be between 2-3 weeks. Not including weekends or holidays.

We work with two carriers for shipping. USPS Priority Mail that delivers in 1-3 business days and UPS Ground with delivery of 1-5 business days.

We will send out tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.

Please double check the shipping address is correct before checking out. If your order is returned back to us because the shipping address was incorrect, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if they'd like their order resent.

We can always be contacted via email to correct the shipping address as long as it's before we ship out your order.

We do not offer exchanges for any of our items since they are handmade as they get ordered.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns.

Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately, via email, if it is defective or received the wrong items.

Damages and Issues:

We are not responsible for damaged packages. Please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.

We don't offer or accept refunds for any items ordered.

All of our items are handmade and they take time to make.

We don't carry inventory for our apparel so last minute orders or rush orders are not an option.
